Description

PAY: $43-48/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. 
Fully onsite contract role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and success metrics.
  • Balance competing priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Create, improve, and streamline operational processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency across projects and teams.
  • Proactively resolve issues before escalation.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while developing mitigation strategies and driving resolution.
  • Drive accountability across project teams.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to support successful delivery outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting, dashboards, and status communications.
  • Support change management initiatives and process adoption across teams.
  • Leverage technology, automation and AI-powered tools to improve workflows, reporting, collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex business and operational challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across departments and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities independently while remaining adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage contract backlog to revenue goals.
  • Claim contract lines in accordance with billing and Sarbanes Oxley guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience, preferably within a SaaS or automotive technology environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Visio), AI productivity and collaborative platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Salesforce, Power Automate, MS Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
