The firm represents private lenders, institutional capital providers, and real estate investors in complex disputes involving real estate-secured transactions, commercial lending, and enforcement of loan obligations. Attorneys work directly with sophisticated clients across multiple jurisdictions and play a strategic role in matters involving significant real estate assets.
Position Overview This role is ideal for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience who is looking to develop strong litigation and analytical skills in a fast-paced, high-level environment. On-site in Irvine, Califorina
This is not a passive role. You will work closely with senior attorneys, contribute to case strategy, and gain meaningful exposure to complex commercial and real estate-related disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Legal Support
Assist with all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Support dispute resolution efforts involving real estate and lending matters
Analyze legal and factual issues and contribute to case strategy
Documentation & Compliance
Draft and review legal documents related to lending and real estate transactions
Conduct research on regulatory and compliance matters
Ensure work product aligns with applicable state and federal laws
Client Interaction & Case Management
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
Support case management and maintain organized files
Assist in developing practical, client-focused legal solutions
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Active bar admission in California
1–3 years of post-bar legal experience (litigation experience preferred)
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented
