Looking to start your career in residential HVAC? Comfort Systems is growing, and we're looking for motivated Junior Technicians to join our Wichita team.

If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and want to build a long-term career in the skilled trades, we'd love to meet you. You'll work alongside experienced technicians who will help you develop the skills needed to become a successful residential HVAC service technician.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, construction, or related experience
• Trade school graduates encouraged to apply
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with tools and in different weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong customer service mindset
• Valid driver's license
• EPA Certification or willingness to obtain
