Looking to start your career in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment? TWC Services is growing, and we're looking for motivated Junior Technicians to join our team.
If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and want to build a long-term career in the skilled trades, we'd love to meet you. You'll work alongside experienced technicians who will help you develop the skills needed to become a successful commercial service technician.

What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or related experience
- Trade school graduates encouraged to apply
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- EPA Certification or willingness to obtain
No commercial HVAC experience? That's okay. If you have a strong mechanical background, enjoy working with tools, and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
