Are you looking to launch or grow your career in Human Resources with a well-established corporate organization? We are seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused HR Assistants to join a fast-paced Employee Services team supporting employees across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent HR graduates or professionals with administrative or customer service experience who are looking to gain hands-on corporate HR experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries via phone and email.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support employment verification, unemployment requests, benefits, payroll, and general HR policy questions.
Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately within HR systems.
Maintain confidential employee records and documentation.
Assist with I-9 verification, background screenings, and employment documentation.
Navigate multiple HR and case management systems to research and resolve employee inquiries.
Escalate complex issues when appropriate while maintaining excellent customer service.
Meet service level expectations and ensure timely completion of HR transactions.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including reporting and document management.
Qualifications
0ā4 years of Human Resources, Administrative, Customer Service, or related experience.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
