Role Overview

Seeking a motivated and energetic Junior ServiceNow FSM Analyst / Support Specialist to join an on-site team. This opportunity is ideal for a junior-level ServiceNow professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operational environment supporting facilities, logistics, workstation management, and field operations.

The role requires foundational ServiceNow knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Intune, and a proactive, self-directed approach. The position involves close collaboration with leadership and operations teams in a highly hands-on and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain basic ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) functionality and processes
• Manage and maintain workstations, devices, and IT logistics
• Utilize Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management
• Assist with facilities support, operational coordination, and logistics activities
• Travel between Connecticut locations/sites to provide on-site support
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and coordinate resolutions
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Required Qualifications

• Foundational experience or exposure to ServiceNow, preferably FSM
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and execute quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to travel locally throughout Connecticut as needed
