Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather project specifications and requirements. Analyze project drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to determine costs. Source and evaluate vendor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions. Assist in preparing project budgets and timelines for management review. Support the team in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates.
