Employee Engagement / Event Manager
Location: Chantilly, VA
- Develop company initiatives to engage staff from across the company
- Provide Orientation training to new staff on a weekly basis
- Develop Marketing strategies for the company using social media and traditional methods
- Work with Graphic designers to develop marketing material
- Plan company gatherings and events
- Work with company leadership to develop quarterly company newsletter
- Assist in development of company communications (newsletter + all hands + portal…etc.).
- Develop company awards process and promote knowledge sharing events
- Fill in administrative functions as needed
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing or similar discipline
- Experience with social media
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong writing skills
- Good presentation skills
Salary: $50,000 - 60,000
