Are you an early-career Electrical or Electronics Engineer looking to build your experience in circuit design, PCB development, and advanced battery technology?
We are seeking a Junior Electronics Engineer to join an established engineering team developing electronic systems for advanced battery applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and seeing designs move from concept through testing and production. You'll work alongside experienced engineers while gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle.
Assist with the design and development of electronic circuits and battery management systems (BMS).
Support schematic capture, circuit simulation, PCB layout, and design verification.
Work with analog and digital circuits, microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces.
Assist in developing voltage, temperature, and current monitoring circuits.
Participate in prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
Support component selection, evaluation, and qualification.
Perform electrical testing and help identify root causes of circuit or equipment failures.
Assist with technical documentation, including schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), test reports, and design records.
Collaborate with senior engineers on new product development and existing product improvements.
Gain exposure to high-reliability electronics used in demanding environments.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
Approximately 1–3 years of electronics design experience preferred. Relevant internships, co-ops, and substantial hands-on engineering projects will be considered.
Foundational understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
Familiarity with schematic capture, circuit simulation, or PCB layout tools.
Understanding of microcontrollers, electronic components, and basic communication protocols.
Hands-on experience testing or troubleshooting electronic circuits.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with an engineering team.
Must qualify as a U.S. person due to the nature of the work.
Battery Management Systems (BMS) or battery electronics.
Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.
DC-to-DC power conversion.
Voltage and current sensing circuits.
Embedded systems or firmware programming.
Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics.
Exposure to IPC, AS9100, or ISO 9001 standards.
Competitive salary of $75,000–$87,000.
Opportunity to develop hands-on electronics design skills.
Work alongside experienced engineers on specialized battery technology.
Exposure to the complete engineering lifecycle, from prototype to production.
Opportunity to grow your technical expertise in advanced electronic systems.
Ready to take the next step in your engineering career?
If you have a strong foundation in electronics, enjoy hands-on design and troubleshooting, and want to continue developing your engineering skills, we'd love to hear from you.
