    Description

    Marcurius Multi-Mission Solutions is a fast-growing defense technology company developing advanced unmanned maritime systems. We are looking for a Junior Electrical Integration Technician to join our team in Clearwater, FL.

    This is a hands-on, highly technical role where you'll help build, install, integrate, and test low-voltage electrical systems used on unmanned maritime platforms. You'll work closely with electrical engineers and integration technicians to turn engineering designs into reliable, production-ready systems built for demanding marine environments.

    What You'll Do

    • Build, route, label, terminate, and install low-voltage wire harnesses and cable assemblies
    • Install and integrate autonomy hardware, sensors, communications equipment, Ethernet/LAN systems, and CAN bus networks
    • Perform precision soldering, heat shrinking, weather sealing, connector assembly, and heavy-gauge crimping
    • Support 12V/24V DC power distribution, batteries, circuit protection, and grounding
    • Use digital multimeters and other test equipment to perform continuity, pinout, voltage, resistance, and ground checks
    • Route and secure wiring through tight vessel spaces while maintaining proper bend radius, strain relief, chafe protection, and serviceability
    • Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pinout tables, cable schedules, and engineering drawings
    • Troubleshoot wiring faults, incorrect terminations, damaged components, and installation issues
    • Maintain accurate build records, cable labels, test results, parts usage, and rework documentation
    • Support prototype builds, vessel integration, troubleshooting, sea-trial preparation, and post-trial inspections

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ year of hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wire-harness building, electrical installation, or a similar technician role
    • Experience in a marine, automotive, robotics, industrial, or comparable environment
    • Basic knowledge of low-voltage DC electrical systems, wiring, connectors, fuses, circuit breakers, batteries, and grounding
    • Ability to safely and accurately use crimpers, wire strippers, soldering tools, heat guns, hand tools, and digital multimeters
    • Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, reliable, traceable work
    • Ability to work effectively within a small engineering and production team
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and meet applicable defense, security, and export-control requirements

    Preferred Experience

    We'd love to hear from candidates with 2–3 years of experience in areas such as:

    • Marine electrical systems or unmanned surface vessels
    • Robotics, custom vehicles, motorsports, or prototype builds
    • Wire harness assembly or electromechanical integration
    • Marine-grade connectors, sealed harnesses, batteries, or charging systems
    • CAN bus and network diagnostic tools
    • Ethernet, LAN, sensors, cameras, radios, or autonomy/communications equipment
    • Electrical/electronics certifications such as ABYC Electrical Certification
    • Testing, troubleshooting, sea trials, or production rework
