Junior Data Analyst

Compensation: $48,000–$55,000/year

Job Summary

We are hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team and build foundational skills in reporting, data cleaning, and business analysis under the guidance of experienced analysts.

Responsibilities

      Pull and organize data from spreadsheets, databases, and internal tools

      Support the creation of routine reports and simple dashboards

      Perform basic data cleaning and quality checks

      Assist senior analysts with larger analytical projects

      Document steps taken to produce reports for repeatability

      Flag data inconsistencies to the appropriate team

      Attend team meetings to understand business context behind requests

Qualifications

      Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent coursework/experience

      Basic Excel skills required; SQL exposure a plus

      Strong willingness to learn new tools and processes

      Careful, detail-oriented approach to work

      Good communication skills

      Comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback
