Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Commodity Manager to support Robotics Supply Chain operations. This role focuses on demand and supply analysis, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure material availability and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, ERP systems, and advanced analytical tools to support sustaining programs, engineering changes, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform demand and supply analysis to ensure material availability and support production requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify risks related to shortages, excess, and obsolescence.
  • Support sustaining and KTLO (Keep the Lights On) programs and Engineering Change Order (ECO) activities.
  • Track key performance metrics, including on-time delivery and supplier performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Excel and SQL.
  • Analyze spend, inventory, and supplier performance data to support business decisions.
  • Generate regular KPI reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain pricing and procurement databases.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotes, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  • Track purchase orders and support RFQ (Request for Quote) activities.
  • Assist in supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records and certifications.
  • Support cost reduction and supplier performance improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, Production Planning, or Procurement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
