The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of commercial litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm and a strong academic background. This attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex matters while taking on increasing responsibility as their experience develops.

This is not a role where junior associates are expected to simply handle research and document review. The firm is looking for attorneys who are intellectually curious, motivated, and interested in developing into strong commercial litigators.

Job Details

Ideal Candidate

1–2 years of experience practicing commercial litigation
Graduate of a top-tier law school
Strong academic credentials
Experience at a highly regarded law firm preferred
Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills
Experience with complex commercial disputes, business litigation or related matters
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
Texas Bar admission in good standing
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required
