Based in Chesapeake, VA, we are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding fleet serving the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.

Position overview
- Predictable regional routes operating from Chesapeake, VA
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Most loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
- No slip seating
- 24/7 dispatch support
- Home time options: home weekly or home every other week
Training program
- Paid training is available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Participants are paired with a mentor, focus on safe driving practices, and gain practical experience to advance their careers
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
- Availability to start as soon as possible
