Our paid training program is designed for recent CDL school graduates who want mentorship from experienced drivers, hands-on road experience, and the opportunity to earn immediately.

What the job looks like:
- Predictable regional routes operating out of Bridgeport and throughout the Northeast
- Around 3,000 miles each week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Most loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic trucks
- Trucks fully loaded and assigned to each driver; no slip seating
- 24/7 support from dispatch
- Home time options: home weekly or home every other week
Training program:
- Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction qualify for paid training
- Work one-on-one with a mentor, focus on safety, and gain the road experience needed to progress with confidence
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
- Available to start as soon as possible
Candidates should be prepared to work regional routes based from Bridgeport, CT, and to participate fully in the paid training program as required.
