Summary:
\n
Our client is looking for a sharp sales coordinator to join their growing team. The sales coordinator will assist in the processing of claims and chargebacks for their customers.
\n
\n
Job Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Validate and process claims, like rebates and chargebacks to process payment to customers.
- \n
- Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots.
- \n
- Process and track claims in Excel and SAP.
- \n
- Promotes satisfactory customer relations.
- \n
- Communicates cross functionally with multiple teams.
- \n
\n
\n
Skills:
\n
- \n
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- \n
- Must have good organization and planning abilities
- \n
- Must have solid Excel knowledge including VLOOKUPs, pivot table, X and V lookup, etc.
- \n
\n
\n
Education/Experience:
\n
- \n
- Background in accounting or finance highly preferred
- \n
- Proven track record of claims, sales and negotiating experience
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer sciences, finance, marketing or another relevant field highly preferred
- \n
- 2+ year’s experience
