Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Buyer / Procurement Coordinator to support daily purchasing activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their purchasing or supply chain career who wants hands-on experience and strong exposure to production operations.

What You'll Do

• Create and process purchase orders in an ERP system
• Support daily purchasing aligned to production needs
• Track open orders and follow up with suppliers
• Update and maintain part, supplier, and pricing data
• Assist with resolving shortages, discrepancies, and order issues
• Work closely with production and inventory teams

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of purchasing, inventory, or supply chain experience
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• ERP or inventory system exposure
• Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in procurement
