Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to assist with business requirements, documentation, reporting, and coordination between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Prepare functional documentation and reports.

• Assist with data validation and UAT testing.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams.

• Support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Internship experience or academic projects are welcome.

Recent graduates in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
