HumanHire is partnered with a LI based law firm to add a Junior Associate to join their growing team in Melville! Their partners bring over 30 years of prior legal experience & the firm specializes in Insurance Defense, Construction Law, Municipal Law, & Corp/Transactional Services!

The team is looking to add a Junior Associate with someone who has recently taken/passed the Bar exam!

We Offer:

• Pay: $80-90K Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $100k+)
• Bonus Structure: 5K+

Junior Associate Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and evaluate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations across primary practice areas
• Assist senior attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, hearings, and client consultations
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and court personnel to manage case developments

Junior Associate Qualifications:

• JD Required
• Awaiting NY Bar results or recently admitted to the NY State Bar
