Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing construction sites to ensure adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of construction activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience in architectural site supervision or construction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in project management software or tools is a plus.
- Based in Miami.
