Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and the Android SDK within an agile engineering stream
Collaborate directly with the customer to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet real-world needs
Research and evaluate emerging mobile technologies and practices to drive innovation within the team
Participate actively in peer-to-peer code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge across the team
Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies using Jira to manage and track deliverables
Apply and refine architecture patterns such as MVVM and MVI to build scalable, maintainable Android applications
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of hands-on production experience in Android development, demonstrating readiness beyond an internship level
Proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK with practical understanding of Coroutines for asynchronous programming
Solid grasp of dependency injection concepts and their application in Android projects
Familiarity with architecture patterns including MVVM and MVI in a production environment
Understanding of agile processes and workflows with working knowledge of Jira
Strong eagerness to learn new technologies, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow within a global engineering environment
