Job Title: Junior Accountant

What You'll Do
Assist with preparing financial reports and statement reconciliation
Enter and maintain accurate financial data related to sales & fuel tax for multiple states
Reconcile bank accounts and transactions
Support billing/AR process
Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
Learn and apply accounting principles and compliance standards
Collaborating with team members across departments
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent grads welcome)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP + Pivot Table required) and accounting software (PLUS if you have Sage/Mas100 knowledge or previous experience working on an ERP)
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Good communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Internship or volunteer experience in accounting or finance
Familiarity with GAAP or corporate taxes
Exposure to tools like QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Mas90, or other ERP systems
