Position Overview
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Junior Video Editor & Social Content Creator who is as comfortable behind a camera as they are in the edit. Video editing remains a major part of the role, but we want someone who can also help turn ideas into social content from concept through finished asset.
You'll help develop hooks and concepts, build simple scripts and shot lists, capture product and lifestyle footage, and edit platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social channels.
You'll work from direction provided by the marketing and creative team, but you won't be expected to wait for a fully developed brief every time. We want someone who notices opportunities, brings ideas forward, films them, creates variations, and helps us continuously improve what we put into market.
