Position OverviewClient is seeking a motivated and technically curious
Junior Technical Support Analyst to support its IT, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Risk Applications organization.
This is an entry-level technical role suited for someone with a foundation in
application support, troubleshooting, databases, APIs, and software-development concepts who wants to build experience supporting enterprise applications.
The Junior Technical Analyst will assist with investigating application issues, reviewing logs, documenting findings, supporting testing and releases, and coordinating with developers, application owners, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in a specific programming language or technology stack but should have strong technical fundamentals, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
