Title: Jr. Technical Project Manager
Locations: Onsite: Temple Terrace, FL - HYBRID
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $30 -$37/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role Descriptions:

• Understanding the problem by working with the Business teams to gather Requirements| do cost-benefit analysis for in-house vs.
• 3rd party solution| and come up with project implementation roadmap once the decision was made for in-house development.
• Identify all the Stakeholders to create a RACI matrix (Business/Solution Architects/System Architects/IT Dev Mgrs. & Leads)
• Understanding the current business processes & its pain points/gaps.
• Identify impacted Systems (Fuze-SPM| CND| INAM|NSP| IOP| Itential| SevOne| Brix| Kirke) to work with Solution Architects to come up with HLA & get it reviewed with all the stakeholders.
• Working with System Architects to have LLDs prepared & reviewed before a hand-off to the Development Leads.
• Working with Development Teams to Client out IT Roadmaps| budget forecasts & procuring Funding.
• Ensuring IT Roadmap aligns with Business Roadmap.
• Working with Product Managers/Product Owners to create features in Rally & prioritize work based on the milestones identified in the roadmap.
• Identifying Risks| Dependencies & Mitigation Plan.
  Working on Communication Plan & Define KPIs.
