    Objective: Contribute as a Junior Software Developerwithin an Agile/Scrum team to advance the development, testing, deployment, andmodernization of mission-critical software for TRAC2ES. Deliver high-quality,secure, and scalable solutions by adapting to evolving requirements andcollaborating effectively with stakeholders

    Key Responsibilities:

    oParticipatein Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews,and retrospectives.

    oContributeto incremental software delivery, supporting defect resolution and operationalefficiency.

    oHelpfacilitate real-time feedback loops through scheduled and ad-hocdemonstrations.

    oHelpdeliver working software increments that meet functional, security, and qualityacceptance criteria.

    oAssistin documenting technical debt and emerging requirements for actionable tickets.

    Requirements

    RequiredQualifications:

    oFamiliaritywith Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.

    oExperiencewith Javascript development using Node.js / React

    oFamiliaritywith SQL/RDBMS, API integration, cloudnative development and Docker/containers

    oExposureto CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing tools.

    oStrongteamwork, communication, and documentation skills.

    Clearance : SecretClearance

    DCWF 8140 –Security+

    Education – Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related STEM degree program.

    Minimum experience : 1-4 years.
