Jr. Project Manager

Requirements 7 years of experience in managing Agile/Scrum projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking. We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum Project Management, Power BI, Digital Customer Experience, and Performance Test Reporting .

Duration: : 6+ months
Location: On-site 3-4 days/week in Philadelphia, PA

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in managing Agile/Scrum projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Power BI  experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Experience working with digital products, customer-facing applications, UX/customer journeys, and software functionality.
• Experience preparing, analyzing, and communicating performance testing results, metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Strong functional/industry knowledge with the ability to discuss software functionality and business requirements with client Product Owners.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enable the effective functioning of software development teams by facilitating Agile/Scrum processes and removing impediments.
• Partner with Product Owners, development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software initiatives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and key delivery milestones.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate project, operational, and performance metrics.
• Support digital customer experience initiatives and collaborate with Product Owners to understand customer needs and software functionality.
• Coordinate with performance testing teams and deliver clear performance test reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help drive continuous delivery and Agile maturity.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
