Junior Project Analyst needs 1 to 5 years of experience working in a technical IT environment.
Junior Project Analyst requires:
Entry to mid level knowledge of a network technology discipline e.g. IP Routing and Switching, Routing Protocols, WAN, Firewall, Packet Analysis, IP Telephony, Infrastructure, Capacity Planning, IT Tools and other relevant technologies.
Knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
Knowledge of incident and change management principles and best practices
monitoring of incident queues to ensure SLA delivery
1 to 3 years of experience working in a technical IT environment.
Junior Project Analyst duties:
Provides project coordination on Low to medium complexity network support activities
Completes network Administration tasks and analyzes process for improvement
Participates in the network project planning processWorks as a member of a project team on business projects.
