• $25+/hourly depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

As a Jr. Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational processes. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Assisting in the design and implementation of process improvements that elevate efficiency and quality. 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze process data and identify areas for optimization. 

• Conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot process issues and propose effective solutions. 

• Supporting the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency. 

• Participating in project teams to support new product introductions and process validation efforts. 

What We're Looking For

• 2 - 3 years of experience is preferred

• Proficiency in process mapping

• Foundational understanding of engineering principles

• Excellent communication skills

• Team collaboration

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement will set you apart as a candidate
