What You'll Be Doing
As a Jr. Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the design and implementation of process improvements that elevate efficiency and quality.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze process data and identify areas for optimization.
Conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot process issues and propose effective solutions.
Supporting the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency.
Participating in project teams to support new product introductions and process validation efforts.
What We're Looking For
2 - 3 years of experience is preferred
Proficiency in process mapping
Foundational understanding of engineering principles
Excellent communication skills
Team collaboration
