    What You'll Do
    • Support the daily scheduling and nomination process across U.S. wholesale power markets, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
    • Work closely with scheduling, trading, risk, and operations teams to support commercial activities.
    • Coordinate with ISOs/RTOs, transmission providers, and external market participants.
    • Assist with real-time and day-ahead scheduling activities, including system updates and basic congestion monitoring.
    • Help maintain accurate ETRM data and support routine system enhancements and testing.
    • Assist with onboarding new business activities, including operational setup and workflow validation.
    • Participate in the team's after-hours operational support rotation once fully trained.
    What We're Looking For
    • Exposure to power scheduling, energy operations, or a related analytical environment.
    • Familiarity with U.S. power markets or ISOs such as ERCOT, PJM, MISO, or CAISO is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced operational environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • Eagerness to learn power scheduling, transmission, balancing markets, and market operations.
    • Comfortable working with operational systems and learning new technology.
    • Experience with ETRM platforms is a plus but not required.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
    • Exposure to Python or other data tools is beneficial but not essential.
    • Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours coverage once trained.
