About the Role:
In this position you will work with our payments team, both business and certification specialists on all level 1 transaction testing. You will work closely with different terminals/vendors and various development teams and partners including acquiring banks, card schemes and labs to ensure all certification requirements have been met. You will monitor real-time payments across the different API channels available to merchants.
Responsibilities:
In charge of the EMV Certification Intake Process.
Validate certification prerequisites including EMVCO, PCI and TQM.
Conduct testing and certification and document test results. Analyze test results with senior team members and engineers using troubleshooting skills to determine possible failure points.
Manage all internal and third-party test tools and create and maintain test plans including vendor-provided test cases.
Report and maintain status of all transaction testing related to any ongoing certification and non-certification projects.
Be responsible for assessing and evaluating quality assurance test requirements to determine the scope of the functionality to be covered by testing based on platform, message specifications, connectivity, market and features.
Creating and maintaining API payment scenarios.
Assisting the integrated solutions team validating partner integrations test results.
Stay informed with upcoming payment changes and internal production deployments.
Review network/vendor technical changes documentation and determine impact to our systems.
Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in payment processing and card brand certifications.
Two years' experience with merchant point-of-sale technology.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suites.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Be a self-starter in a cross-functional environment.
Team-player who can also work independently.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Adaptability.
