Responsibilities: of the Junior Network Engineer include: • Perform day-to-day network maintenance activities, including patching, cabling, hardware support, and infrastructure upkeep. • Assist with administration and support of servers, operating systems, and core IT systems in an on-premises environment. • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and infrastructure-related issues across multiple locations. • Support network upgrades, deployments, and documentation efforts while following established security and operational procedures. • Collaborate with senior engineers and IT teams to ensure reliable network and system performance. Requirements of the Junior Network Engineer include: • 2+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, network support, or systems administration. • CCNA certification or equivalent Cisco networking knowledge required. • Experience with network troubleshooting, switch and router configuration, cabling, and patch management. • Familiarity with Windows Server administration and on-premises infrastructure environments. • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical field. Compensation: for the Junior Network Engineer include: • $90,000 - $115,000 annually • Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law. • Hybrid work schedule with 2 days onsite in RTP. • This job opens for applications on 10/9/2026.
