ECS is seeking a Jr. Management Consultant to work in our Bethesda, MD office.
Everforth ECS is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Management Consultant to support the NHLBI through operational coordination, workforce operations analysis, calendaring management, and discrepancy resolution activities.
This role supports NHLBI's transition from a traditional FTE-centric support model to a centralized Shared Services operational framework aligned with federal modernization and operational efficiency initiatives. The selected candidate will support enterprise operational workflows through scheduling coordination, workforce operations support, metrics analysis, customer engagement, and process improvement initiatives supporting NHLBI leadership and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, analytical, and capable of exercising independent judgment in a fast-paced federal environment requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders, systems, and operational priorities.
All work performed is advisory and operational support in nature and does not include inherently governmental functions.

ECS gained market share in 2011 in the Department of Defense and Federal spaces through both organic and acquisition growth. In May, ECS completed its first strategic acquisition with the purchase of OAK Management, Inc., a leading provider of marine environmental services, ship systems engineering, maritime consulting and platform acquisition management. The OAK acquisition kicked off ECS’ intention to add tactical acquisitions as a part of its long term strategy to supplement and expand upon organic growth and to build enterprise value.
