The Junior IT Support Technician role is responsible for providing technical assistance for internal users, working alongside our Infrastructure team to support IT infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and security of our technology environment. Assist with technical problems, escalating complex or security sensitive issues to higher level support teams as required.
