Jr. Investment Analyst

We are seeking a motivated, analytical individual who is ready to launch a career in investments and asset management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent or upcoming college graduate who wants to learn from experienced investment professionals and grow within the organization. The schedule is hybrid - Monday and Tuesday in the office and Wednesday - Friday, remote.  Pay is $78,000

Previous investment experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is curious, takes initiative, enjoys figuring things out, and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial, economic, market, and investment research
• Analyze financial data, fixed-income securities, and investment opportunities
• Help build and update financial models, forecasts, and Excel-based analysis
• Monitor interest rates, economic trends, and market activity
• Assist with investment reports, presentations, and committee materials
• Learn directly from senior investment professionals while gradually taking on greater responsibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field — recent and upcoming graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and data
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to research, ask questions, and figure things out
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and grow

Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Tuesday in office | Wednesday–Friday remote

A plus, but not required: Exposure to Bloomberg, Python, SQL, financial modeling, investments, or fixed-income coursework.
