Jr. HR Analyst

HR Generalist – Hybrid | Nashville, TN
Local Candidates Only: Candidates must be local to Tennessee (TN) and able to work onsite in Nashville as required.

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide professional human resources. This position will support day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee records, HR transactions, payroll/timekeeping coordination, employee inquiries, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR priorities while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, prepare, and track HR transactions, including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements, and employee/position changes.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, hiring documentation, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
• Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave, payroll, and other HR programs.
• Coordinate employee separation and offboarding activities.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping coordination and resolve routine discrepancies.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, employee communications, and other HR initiatives.
• Partner with HR leadership, employees, managers, and external/internal stakeholders to ensure HR actions are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to employees and management.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and personnel information.
  Perform other related HR duties as assigned.
