Overview
Buc-ee's is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will help design and create high-quality graphics for our Buc-ee's branded marketing materials. If you're passionate about design and eager to learn more, we'd like to meet you.
A portfolio of your past work when applying to this position will be required.
NOTE: This is an IN-OFFICE Mon - Fri opportunity only, located in Pearland in the SH 288 and Hwy 518 area.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Design creative graphics for different types of marketing materials as needed
- Understanding project requirements and scope of work
- Preparing final production files to be released into print production on all projects
- Maintain job filing system
- Present creative ideas to project stakeholders
- Conduct market research for product competitive set analysis
- Understanding of how layout, typography, and imagery work in a composition
- Use feedback from team members/stake holders to improve project outcome
- It is an essential function of this job for the employee to work in office/in the employee's assigned work site. No remote work is available
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
- Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- College degree in graphic design strongly preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a graphic designer environment
- Portfolio of your work is required
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft applications
- Project and time management skills/problem-solving aptitude
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
- A keen eye and attention to detail
- Experience with printing and print production technology a plus
- Photography and photography techniques a plus
- Ability to produce at a high-level while adhering to deadlines and manufacturer requirements
