Junior Estimator

The Junior Estimator will support the preconstruction and estimating team throughout the bid process, helping deliver accurate and competitive project pricing.

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Support the preparation and submission of bid packages
• Maintain estimating databases and project documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction professionals
• Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

For the Junior Estimator we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Early-career construction professional with estimating, project engineering, or field experience
• Exposure to commercial, manufacturing, or industrial construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software is advantageous
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A "go-getter" attitude with the desire to grow alongside the business
