Job Description

Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids. Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules. Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting. Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive experience preparing cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Strong ability to analyze drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules to develop accurate estimates. Effective communicator who collaborates successfully with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Skilled in using construction estimating software and industry-standard cost management tools. Proven history of producing precise and competitive estimates that support project goals and successful outcomes.
