Jr. Engineer – Maintenance Inventory

Role: Jr. Engineer Maintenance Inventory
Location: Appleton, WI Onsite
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr W2
Education: Bachelors in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

Job Summary:
Seeking a Jr. Engineer to support maintenance spare-parts inventory management on the manufacturing shop floor. The role will focus on physical inventory verification, system updates, stock reconciliation, and 5S organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical verification of maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Scan, label, and track inventory using barcode and inventory systems.
• Update records in ERP/CMMS and maintain accurate inventory data.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and report discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
• Organize maintenance storage areas for improved accessibility and control.
• Support maintenance/stores teams with locating and issuing parts.
• Maintain inventory documentation and follow 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices.

• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Background:

Manufacturing, automotive/heavy vehicle manufacturing, MRO, maintenance stores, or spare-parts inventory environments.
