We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Junior Data Analytics Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.




    This position is a Full-Time, contracted position that sits onsite in Birmingham, AL and requires up to 50% travel. Sponsorship is not provided, must be a USC or GC holder to apply.




    Day to Day Responsibilities:
    • Collect, review, standardize, and prepare large volumes of technical and equipment data received from multiple internal sources, primarily through Excel.
    • Validate data for accuracy, completeness, formatting, sequencing, and consistency before loading it into an enterprise asset/work management system.
    • Analyze and reconcile information from various data sources and identify discrepancies or missing information that could impact downstream systems or operations.
    • Support the development and maintenance of equipment and asset hierarchies by working with project teams, plant personnel, drawings, and other technical documentation.
    • Assist with maintaining standardized data structures and ensuring equipment information is consistently represented across multiple projects and operational sites.
    • Leverage AI/automation tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization technologies to improve data gathering, validation, and processing workflows.
    • Periodically travel to operational sites to gather, validate, and discuss equipment information with technical and project stakeholders.

    Position Requirements:
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to manipulate, transform, standardize, and validate data from multiple sources.
    • Experience working with an enterprise asset management, work management, or similar data-intensive business application is highly preferred.
    • Experience with data management, data analysis, or data integration, including the ability to identify and resolve data-quality issues.
    • Familiarity with AI/Copilot, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting technologies is highly preferred.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to recognize small discrepancies in structured data, formatting, identifiers, and sequences.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating with technical teams, project managers, and operational personnel.
