What You'll Do
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech)
Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as:
Maintenance Services
Engine Repair
Suspension & Steering
Brakes
Electrical Systems
Heating & A/C
(Optional) Drivability Diagnosis
Personal toolset appropriate for the role
Total Rewards
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Flat Rate and Production bonus role ranging from $22-28 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $70,000
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
