Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Sandblaster to join our team in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. We higher within the company and always want our employees to succeed and do better and help the company grow.
Requirements:
This position requires the candidate to have a great attitude, be self-motivated, punctual, team player.
Duties
- Training will be provided by direct Supervisor
- Working with Confined Spaces with abrasive blasting machines and sand blasters.
- Follow safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Skills
- Sand Blasting Background
- Confined spaces Background
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
- Spanish is plus but not required.
