What You'll Do

• Residential and commercial plumbing: 4 years (Preferred)
• Diagnose and resolve residential and commercial plumbing service calls
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components
• Deliver solutions customers can trust through honest recommendations and expert workmanship
• Educate customers on repair, replacement, financing, and maintenance options
• Take ownership of your performance and consistently exceed revenue goals
• Partner closely with dispatch and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked service vehicle

What We're Looking For

• Current Washington State 01 Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
• Strong residential and commercial service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of plumbing safety standards and best practices
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
