JourneymanPlumber for a new, locally owned
family- and veteran-owned plumbing franchise in San Antonio. This will be a key role in building a high-quality residential and commercial service operation from the ground up.We are looking for an experienced plumber who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and wants long-term stability with a growing company.

Job Responsibilities- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repairs
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Leave every job-site better than you found it
Qualifications- 5+ years plumbing experience (service preferred)
- Texas plumbing license
- Residential and commercial service experience required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
