Your Day-to-Day:
You will be responsible for leading plumbing installations and repairs in residential settings. From installing water heaters to fixtures or work in sewers and drains, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Expectations include the following:
- Installing plumbing systems in residential homes
- Installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and water heaters
- Testing plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
- Leading installations, following the plan established and adjusting when necessary.
- Working alongside a plumbing apprentice to assist with the daily jobs.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Keeping up to date with industry best-practices and emerging technologies.
What Does It Take?
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License and Driver’s License Required
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
- Strong interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to safety in all aspects of work
Pay:
- $45.00-$55.00/per hour
- Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus for licensed Journeyman Plumbers
