As a Journeyman Plant Electrician, you’ll be a key player in that mission—owning machine diagnostics, spearheading corrective actions, and partnering with Engineers to raise the bar on process performance.

    Impact you’ll make

    • Keep production assets healthy by diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical/electronic systems across sophisticated machinery.
    • Execute daily line monitoring and routine machine quality checks to maintain standards and catch issues early.
    • Analyze process interruptions linked to equipment failures; implement robust fixes.
    • Support large-scale installation projects from planning through startup.
    • Collaborate closely with Engineers to design and implement process improvements that reduce cycle time.
    • Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance and strong cooperation with team members.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Technical trade school apprenticeship (minimum 4 years) or 6+ years’ experience in electrical/electronic diagnosis, repair, and installation of complex manufacturing machinery; Associate’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology preferred.
    • Must hold Journeyman Industrial Electrician status.
    • Advanced troubleshooting across PLC, servo, NC, and power systems.
    • Ability to apply electrical theory to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and control equipment.
    • Solid industrial electrical experience.

    Schedule

    Open to alternative work schedules, including 12-hour shifts and weekends.
