JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIANS - NOW HIRING

Immediate need for qualified Industrial Journeyman Electricians in Orange, TX working 7/12's with Competitive Pay!

Must Meet the TDLR Requirements of a Journeyman Electrician and hold an active TDLR license.

Must Have Demonstrated Experience in the following Areas:

Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, technical diagrams, and blueprints
Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, conduit, equipment, fixtures, and terminating
Working on underground cable
Testing electrical components for continuity and proper voltage readings
Setting up and maintaining temporary power systems
Installing and maintaining grounding systems for equipment and structures
Performing preventative and general maintenance on electrical systems
Following National Electrical Code and state regulations
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable standards
Must possess excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Knowledge of industry safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines
Must maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet state regulations
Must Be Able to Meet the Following Physical Requirements - As Required:

Large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
Use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools.
Pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
Work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding using the appropriate fall protection requirements.
Work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.
Wear PPE including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
