Journeyman Electrician
Location: St. George, UT
Pay: $32.00$40.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Project-Based Assignments
We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician for commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout Southern Utah. This position requires the ability to work independently, lead portions of projects, and ensure installations meet all code and safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
- Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting, and controls
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify solutions efficiently
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades
- Mentor and assist apprentice electricians as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Utah Journeyman Electrician License required
- Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and lead projects as needed
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
