    Journeyman Electrician

    Are you a skilled electrician ready to lead, train, and help build something bigger? We’re looking for a Journeyperson Electrician to support HVAC installations, mentor apprentices, and help grow our Electrical division.

    The Big Task

    Work onsite supporting HVAC installations, leading electrical work, training apprentices, and helping expand our Electrical division as we continue to grow.

    What You’ll Do

    • Install, repair, replace, and test electrical systems and equipment
    • Support HVAC installation projects with electrical expertise
    • Lead, guide, and train apprentices and other electricians
    • Maintain electrical panels, motor controls, and system upgrades
    • Help develop training, safety standards, and department processes
    • Support revenue goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction

    KPIs

    • Run 3–6 calls per day
    • Meet the department HCC conversion goal of 60% on new opportunities
    • Obtain 1 online review for every 20 completed calls
    • Meet or exceed department revenue budget and gross margin goals
    • Maintain quality standards in workmanship, safety, and appearance
    • Commit to sitting for the Master Electrician test within 1–2 years

    What You Bring

    Valid Journeyperson Electrical License, residential and/or light commercial experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a drug test, background check, and clean motor vehicle report.
